CELEBRATION CAKE

Harken

These are pretty cute. 




2 cups flour 

1 TB baking powder

1 cup sugar 

½ tsp salt

½ cup butter - melted

1 cup oat milk 

1 TB vinegar

1 cup raspberries/blueberries/strawberries 


Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. Make a well in the middle and add in the melted butter, oat milk and vinegar. Fold in the berries. 


Pour into 4 mini loaf pans and bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until the tops do not sink and a knife comes out clean. 


Frost with vanilla frosting + top with sprinkles! Enjoy!
