i.e. glamor cranberries
1 bag cranberries
1 quart simple syrup (2 cups sugar w 1 cup boiled water, to dissolve it)
2 cups sugar
Dress cranberries in the simple syrup. Let them air dry on a slotted cooling rack for 30 minutes. They’ll still be sticky then (but less wet) and you can roll them in the sugar. Return them to the cooling rack and let them set. Put them on everything.
