Like humans, this one gets better with age.

1 can chickpeas
2 persian cucumbers - chopped
1 pint cherry tomatoes - chopped
¼ red onion - chopped
½ cup black olives - halved
½ cup green olives - halved
¼ cup dill - chopped
1 bunch parsley - chopped
1 bunch cilantro - chopped
1 red pepper - chopped
½ jalapeno - diced
1 cup feta - crumbled
2 TB harissa
¼ cup EVOO
2 TB honey
2 TB vinegar
¼ cup mayo
Mix it all together! Eat it any way you want to!
